3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However, Innovent Consulting makes no guarantees as to the completeness or accuracy of information presented. For questions, contact us before placing your order.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email including details of your purchase. This confirmation constitutes the formation of a sales contract.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. AVAILABILITY
Product availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you promptly with the option of a refund or replacement.

7. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-built wheels (including à la carte builds and cut-to-length spokes) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across the continental US via UPS Ground. 
Orders are processed within 2 business days.  
Shipping times vary between 1 to 2 business weeks depending on the destination.  
We offer free shipping across the US on all orders
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an error occurs, contact us as soon as possible.
Please note: Custom-built wheelsets may require additional lead time before shipping. You will be notified by email once your order is confirmed and ready to ship.

9. DAMAGE OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or missing items, note it immediately on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.

10. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Online orders can be cancelled by contacting us by email within 24 hours of the order.

11. WARRANTY
Our carbon wheels come with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is transferable upon resale.
Damage caused by crashes, improper installation, or misuse is not covered.

12. CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
Every DUKE carbon wheel is backed by our Lifetime Crash Replacement program. If your rim is damaged during riding, we’ll replace it with a brand new one for just $250 USD.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Innovent Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (US).
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that state.
